Stock Building Supply is a leading supplier of building materials and construction services to professional builders and contractors throughout the United States. Wolseley, our parent company, has been publicly traded since May 2001 and is listed on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol WOS.

Headquartered in Reading, England, Wolseley is an international business with nearly 5,000 branch operations in 28 countries worldwide, 80,000 employees and annual revenue of more than $25 billion.

. Stock Building Supply (formerly Carolina Holdings) was formed in 1986 by Wolseley's
purchase of Carolina Builders.

In the Southern California market Stock Building Supply was established through the acquisition of the Terry Companies in December 1999. We currently have over 700 associates, 24 operations and 2007 revenues of $396 million. Our Products and Services mix includes: Licensed installation of Division 8 Doors and Hardware, Insulation, Drywall and Metal Studs; Roof Truss Manufacturing, Metal Door and Frame fabrication, In-House Value Design of EWP, Custom Milling, Design Showroom Centers as well as a full selection of Doors, Windows, Cabinets, Millwork, Tools and Hardlines, Lumber and Building Material products.

Special Guest Presenter - Malik Javed KBKG, Inc. will discuss cost segregation

Malik Javed is a senior engineering consultant at KBKG, Inc., Cost Segregation Specialists. Over the last four years, Malik has performed cost segregation studies for multiple clients in various industries that range from Fortune 500 companies to individual real estate investors. He has overseen the production and implementation of dozens of Cost Segregation studies. Malik has more than 6 years of experience in all aspects of Project Management, especially in the areas of, Cost Estimating, Construction Management, Contracts Administration, Bidding, and Construction Scheduling.

Malik earned his Masters of Science degree in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Professional Estimators, as well as Phi Beta Delta, an honorary society.
