Over the last four years, Malik has performed cost segregation studies for multiple clients in various industries that range from Fortune 500 companies to individual real estate investors. He has overseen the production and implementation of dozens of Cost Segregation studies. Malik has more than 6 years of experience in all aspects of Project Management, especially in the areas of, Cost Estimating, Construction Management, Contracts Administration, Bidding, and Construction Scheduling. Malik earned his Masters of
Science degree in Engineering Management from California State University,
Northridge. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers,
American Society of Professional Estimators, as well as Phi Beta Delta,
an honorary society.
